IMC's Mediator:
- is a person who has expertise and experience in the field of commercial activity,
- is a person who has graduate course or postgraduate studies in the field of mediation (at least 40 hours) or gives warranty on the performed mediator’s activities on the basis of the experience and conducted mediation proceedings,
- is a person who has very good command of a foreign language and knowledge of cultural context of business activity in a particular country.
